You have decided today to check out the sauna:

- You open the first door and enter a small room, with another door facing you.

- You ring the bell, someone opens the door and then you are in our reception.

- You are given a key to your locker.
Inside it, you will find a bath towel… And yes, you will have to take off all your clothes! Taking them all off means that you will feel as relaxed as possible for the rest of your visit; other reasons for shedding clothes include hygiene and increasing your sense of intimacy.

- When you leave the locker room, with a bath towel tied around your waist, you can take the stairs up to various different areas.
You could choose the bar to overcome any feelings of shyness or head straight for the fitness room, swimming pool, sauna, hamam, and so on. You are very welcome! Remember too that our team is always available to help you!
